Business Analyst
DKS Capital Advisory is looking for a Business Analyst to play a critical role in supporting advisors, analysts, and management by analyzing financial data, improving internal processes, and enhancing client advisory services. The role combines financial analysis, business process improvement, reporting, and strategic support. He/She will help the firm deliver accurate insights to clients, optimize operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance.
The position acts as a bridge between financial advisors, compliance teams, investment analysts, operations, and senior management—ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable insights, systems, and processes.

Project Location(s): 37, Bir Uttam CR. Dutta Road, Hatirpool, Dhaka
Education: MBA & BBA
Compensation: 35000 per month
Core Responsibilities
- Set business plans, marketing strategies and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
- Searching Potential market for business expansion.
- Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
- Set Digital marketing strategy and action for the company.
- Maintain strong communication with our potential clients on a regular basis.
- Demonstration and presentation of our services to potential clients
- Business visit in corporate houses, banks, leasing companies, manufacturing industries etc. on a regular basis
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business strategies
- Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
- Maintain client database & follow instructions of immediate supervisor
- Any other day-to-day task assigned by the Management
Skills/Experience
- Problem-solving, creative thinking & decision-making skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint), email communication and social media network.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Able to work under pressure with responsibility
- Should Be Well Conversant.
- Presentable with Good Manner.
