Job Context 

DKS Capital Advisory is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in financial modelling, valuation, market analysis, and strategic advisory work across diverse industries.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support high-impact projects including capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, feasibility studies, and financial due diligence. The position requires strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic insights for clients.

You will work closely with senior leadership and international clients, ensuring quality deliverables and contributing to the firm’s growth. Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst at DKS Capital Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, valuation analysis, and strategic advisory support for global and local clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, including DCF, comparable analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Prepare business valuations in line with IFRS, IVS, and global valuation standards.
  • Develop investment memorandums, pitch decks, feasibility studies, and business plans.
  • Perform industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking for client engagements.
  • Support fundraising mandates, M&A transactions, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects.
  • Analyse financial statements, KPIs, forecasts, and capital structure to provide actionable insights.
  • Review client financial data for accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
  • Prepare professional presentations and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in client meetings, communication, and project updates with a high level of professionalism.
  • Support ESG, financial strategy, and corporate advisory assignments where required.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, data confidentiality, and adherence to DKS advisory standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support their technical development.

Skills/Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or valuation.

  • Professional certifications such as MBA, FMVA®, CFA Level I/II, or similar credentials are preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, financial modelling tools).

  • Strong expertise in business valuation methodologies (DCF, Market Comps, Precedent Transactions, NAV, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic indicators.

  • Excellent skills in pitch deck preparation, investment analysis, and board-level reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex financial insights for clients.
  • High attention to detail with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced advisory environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Power BI/Tableau,
