DKS Capital Advisory is looking for a dynamic  Senior Executive – Business Development & Corporate Sales to play a crucial role in driving the organization’s revenue growth and expanding its presence within the corporate and enterprise market.

Compensation: 35000 per month

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and qualify potential clients for DKS Capital Advisory.
  • Generate leads through networking, corporate outreach, referrals, industry events, and targeted market research.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and portfolio expansion.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, seminars, and corporate events.
  • Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable advisory solutions in collaboration with advisory teams.
  • Co-coordinate with financial planners and specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment instruments, regulatory changes, and economic developments.
  • Handle queries and provide timely updates on investment performance and market changes.
  • Work closely with advisory, operations, research, and senior management teams to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, sales activity, and business outcomes.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, investor awareness programs, and corporate events.
 

Skills/Experience

  • Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or investment advisory.
  • Ability to pitch financial solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of investment advisory services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for corporates and clients.
  • Confidence in conducting meetings, webinars, and investment sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term, trust-driven relationships.
  • Empathy and listening skills to understand client financial goals and concerns.
  • Ability to negotiate partnership terms, advisory fees, and investment proposals.
  • Skill in overcoming objections and converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and match them with suitable financial solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong follow-through on identified opportunities.
  • Basic analytical understanding of investment performance and portfolio reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication tools.
  • Ability to use digital channels for client outreach, such as email campaigns, LinkedIn, and webinars.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact activities and meet sales timelines.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial advisory and investment distribution.
  • High ethical standards in client communication and service recommendations.
  • Ability to work closely with advisory, research, operations, and leadership teams.
